Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gold Crowned Stylez! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new pieces.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for domestic orders.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high-volume shipping periods are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package directly through the USPS website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Gold Crowned Stylez is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to information entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the exact cost of reshipping the package. A 15% restocking and processing fee may also be deducted from any approved refund or added before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Gold Crowned Stylez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly for assistance or to file a claim.
