Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Due to health and safety concerns for all customers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed and payment is received, all items become the property of the customer. This applies regardless of whether the item has been worn, tried on, or used.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. Size tags on garments are for reference only and may not reflect standard sizing. Customers are responsible for using the product descriptions provided to determine the best fit.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and photography.
• Proper care of garments is the responsibility of the customer.
• Some of our items are handmade; minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Ownership & Responsibility
Once an order is submitted, the purchased item(s) are considered the customer’s property.

For shipped orders paid by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept delivery.

For local pickup orders, items must be picked up within 14 days of the payment date during the scheduled pickup window:
Friday-Sunday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Failure to accept delivery or pick up within this timeframe will result in the order being considered abandoned property. Gold Crowned Stylez reserves the right to dispose of or use the item(s) at its discretion, with no refund or store credit issued.
