Returns and refunds

At Gold Crowned Stylez, all purchases are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the item(s) become the responsibility and property of the customer. This policy applies to all purchases, regardless of wear, try-on, fit, or use.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. Sizing may vary depending on the material, brand, or fit of the item, so we strongly recommend using the product description as your primary guide when selecting a size.

Please keep in mind:

  Proper garment care and handling are the customer’s responsibility.

  Some items may be handmade or custom detailed, so small variations or minor imperfections may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Order Responsibility & Pickup Policy

Once an order is submitted, the customer assumes responsibility for receiving their purchase.

Shipped Orders:

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and accepting delivery once the package arrives. Gold Crowned Stylez is not responsible for orders refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to customer error.

Local Pickup Orders:

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of the purchase date during our scheduled pickup hours:

Friday – Sunday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Orders not picked up within the allotted timeframe will be considered abandoned. Gold Crowned Stylez reserves the right to restock, dispose of, or reuse the merchandise without refund, credit, or replacement.
