At Gold Crowned Stylez, all purchases are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the item(s) become the responsibility and property of the customer. This policy applies to all purchases regardless of wear, try-on, fit, or use.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. Sizing may vary based on the material, manufacturer, or fit of an item. We strongly recommend using the product description as your primary guide when selecting a size.

Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, editing, and individual screen settings. Proper garment care and handling are the customer’s responsibility. Some items may be handmade, embellished, or custom detailed, and minor variations or imperfections may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Order Responsibility & Pickup Policy

Once an order is submitted, the customer assumes responsibility for receiving their purchase.

Shipped Orders

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring delivery can be accepted at the shipping address provided. Gold Crowned Stylez is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, delayed by the carrier, marked as delivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers who select local pickup must pick up their order in-store during regular business hours only. Orders will not be available for pickup outside of posted business hours unless otherwise approved by management.

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of the purchase date. Customers must present their order confirmation and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be considered abandoned. Gold Crowned Stylez reserves the right to restock, dispose of, or reuse the merchandise without refund, credit, replacement, or compensation of any kind.

Store hours are Tuesday through Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
